Hillend Station

Located on the outskirts of Wanaka, Hillend is a working high country station with magnificent panoramic views over the town and lake.

The property has been subdivided into 31 titles of not less than 20 hectares each, 26 of which have been serviced for residential use with roads, power, telecoms and water to the lot boundaries.

In addition, in July 2008 the Environment Court consented to an alternative development plan to develop the property into a high country resort with 41 lots, accommodation lodge and restaurant, a feature lake, walking tracks, equestrian facilities and a vineyard - while operating the balance of the property as a working farm.

The property was sold in October 2008.
