  • Paul Croft

    CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

    Paul joined Infinity Investment Group in 2009 as Chief Financial Officer and was appointed General Manager in July 2013. In November 2014 Paul was appointed Managing Director to oversee the transition period for the company following the death of Bob Robertson. On 19 October 2016, Paul appointed an independent board to take over governance of the company while Paul continues to focus on the business and his role as CEO.

    Prior to joining Infinity, Paul was based in London where he was Assistant Portfolio Manager for UBS Global Asset Management, managing the UBS (Lux) Euro Value Added Real Estate Fund. Paul has held a number of financial management roles at UBS, including financial controller for the Real Estate – Euro Core Fund, and was senior fund accountant for UBS’ flagship UK fund (UBS Triton Property Fund), which managed commercial properties worth over $1.5 billion sterling.

    During Paul’s time in London he also worked for the John Laing Group where he was Project Accountant in their Public Private Partnership team. In addition to this, Paul worked in the corporate and property accounting teams at Henderson Global Investors, at the time a subsidiary of the AMP Group.

    Paul has over 15 years experience in the property and finance industry and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and a Graduate Diploma in Finance. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an Investment Management certificate.

  • Patrick Waser

    GROUP SALES MANAGER

    Patrick Waser has had many years experience in commercial business brokering in the North Island and has owned and operated large hospitality projects which have involved major construction and renovations. Patrick originated from Sweden and has lived and worked in several countries and can therefore speak several languages fluently. He has a strong hospitality background in both sales and marketing and operations.

  • Jamie Galloway

    DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

    With over 10 years’ experience Jamie has a diverse background in both civil consultancy and civil construction across New Zealand and Australia. Jamie’s strengths include successful planning, design, and delivery of a wide range of projects within the civil and land development sector, he has been responsible for leading a team of professionals, stakeholder relationship management, negotiations and resource allocation.

    For the last six and half years Jamie has been living in Australia where he has was a Project Manager at Shadforth Civil Contractors building sustainable residential communities, commercial and industrial subdivisions. Jamie was responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously including Ellendale Estate, a 120 hectare residential masterplanned community. Prior to this Jamie was at All Roads Civil Construction and was responsible for the project management of Edens Crossing and Westbrook subdivisions.

    Prior to moving to Australia, Jamie worked for MWH Global as a Civil Engineer and was responsible for the design of capital works projects, preparation and evaluation of tender documents and contract supervision of civil contractors on behalf of local authorities and private developers.

    Jamie holds a Bachelor of Engineering.

  • Jerome O'Sullivan

    DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - COMMERCIAL

    Since graduating with a Bachelor of Property degree from Auckland University, Jerome has spent 25 years building a career in corporate real estate. He has held senior property positions in Telecom, Telco Asset Management and Progressive Enterprises. As such he has a diverse working background that covers telecommunications, consultancy and fast moving consumer goods environments.

    In his last role he acted, for 13 years, as Harvey Norman’s National Development and Asset Manager, where he was directly responsible for running their New Zealand based property business. This included managing and growing one of the largest retailer owned and leased portfolios in the country. In this role he also uniquely acted in both a landlord and tenant capacity across a range of mixed use types including: office, industrial, retail, residential and agriculture. The latter of which he still has a family involvement with dairy farming in coastal Taranaki.

    During his career Jerome has developed a broad and comprehensive range of skills that are a prerequisite for successfully handling all phases of the property life cycle, spanning the acquisition – development - management and disposal of real estate. As a result he has been involved with and has successfully negotiated a diverse range of projects.

    Jerome is an avid outdoors enthusiast who has a particular interest in alpine skiing.

  • Hetty Van Hale

    COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

    Hetty is currently Communications Manager at Infinity Investment Group and also runs her own marketing and strategic planning consultancy ‘Marketor’. She has extensive experience in corporate communications and marketing and previous roles included Information Manager at Brierley Investments, Communications Manager for Carter Holt Harvey, and Marketing Manager-Treble Cone for Tourism Holdings Ltd. She has a BA in Linguistics from Victoria University, a post-graduate Diploma of Information Science from Riverina Institute, Australia, and a Certificate in Company Direction from the NZ Institute of Directors.

    Hetty is currently a director of High Performance Sport NZ, deputy chair of Central Lakes Trust, chair of Badminton New Zealand, deputy chair of Winter Games New Zealand, trustee of Sky City Queenstown Community Trust, and deputy chair of the Three Lakes Cultural Trust. She has been a past board member of Snow Sports NZ, Wanaka Wastebusters, Mt Aspiring College Foundation, Lake Wanaka Tourism, Project Crimson, and the Sir Edmund Hillary Outdoor Pursuits Centre of NZ.

  • AJ Spence

    GRAPHIC DESIGNER / MARKETING ASSISTANT

    AJ has experience designing marketing material for both print and digital media across a range of industries. She has 5 years experience working as a Graphic Designer at AdArt Brand Promotion in Dunedin and more recently at Southern Hospitality as an in-house Graphic Designer. AJ holds a Diploma of Communications Arts and Design.

  • Stephanie Davey

    RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR

    Stephanie is the friendly face on reception. She has a long history within the Infinity Group and has been involved in many projects, working with new residents to smooth the path through the design approval process and being involved with the community facilities management at Peninsula Bay and Riverside Park. She has many years’ experience working for corporates including key roles within Vodafone such as international roaming specialist responsible for the roll out of roaming network relationships across the globe. Down time involves making the most of the Central Otago great outdoors – biking, walking and enjoying the many vineyards on the doorstep.

  • Rebecca Donaldson

    HEAD ACCOUNTANT

    Rebecca joined Infinity in 2003 after graduating from Otago University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting. For the last 17 years she has been responsible for the financial accounts of the Infinity Group as well as managing the groups I.T. needs.

    Rebecca is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.

  • Kirsten Lucas

    ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

    Kirsten joined the Infinity team in May 2020 as Assistant Accountant. With over 15 years experience in corporate accounting Kirsten has worked in administration and accounting roles for a range of companies from property developers, councils and real estate firms to fruit exporters, retail stores and tourism businesses. Kirsten is responsible for account payables, receivables, monthly reconciliations, fixed asset maintenance and support to the Accountant.

  • Bob Robertson

    (18 August 1955 - 16 November 2014)

    CO-FOUNDER

    Bob Robertson was the co-founder and Managing Director of Infinity Investment Group. Bob initiated, delivered and participated in a wide range of property transactions and specialised in all aspects of commercial property investment, development and management throughout New Zealand. Bob’s experience included the development of residential community projects, resorts, estates, apartments, commercial premises and fully master-planned community developments. Bob was also instrumental in the management and development of deer farms and safari parks in New Zealand. Bob won the Ernst & Young Master Entrepreneur Award 2007.

    Bob Roberston passed away after a brief illness in November 2014.

  • Jen Robertson

    CO-FOUNDER

    Jen Robertson has enjoyed over 25 years in international trading, marketing, retail, designing and commercial property. Her varied experience includes several years in the diplomatic service for the Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs, before becoming co-founder and Director of TV Media Holdings Limited, an international media company based in Singapore. For the past 15 years, Jen has delivered and participated in a wide range of property transactions, including residential community projects, resorts, estates, apartments, commercial and retail premises and fully master-planned community developments. Jen has also been instrumental in the development and management of the Group’s deer farms and safari parks. Jen holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Singapore.
